1.     Property Management Fee - $10,000: This will cover the cost of the property management team's salary, which includes tasks such as leasing, rent collection, and vendor coordination.

2.     Maintenance - $8,000: This covers the cost of regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning the common areas, pool maintenance, and landscaping.

3.     Utilities - $4,000: This covers the cost of utilities such as water, electricity, and gas for common areas and amenities.

4.     Insurance - $2,500: This covers the cost of property and liability insurance to protect against any unforeseen events.

5.     Repairs - $2,000: This covers the cost of any necessary repairs or maintenance beyond routine upkeep.

6.     Legal Fees - $1,500: This covers the cost of legal fees for any necessary actions such as evictions or contracts.

7.     Marketing - $1,000: This covers the cost of marketing and advertising the property, including listing fees and promotional materials.

8.     Administrative - $500: This covers miscellaneous administrative costs such as office supplies and postage.

Total: $30,000.
